The lodge was situated in well-kept grounds with a beautiful golf course nearby. It was also conveniently located, with a straight road drive into York taking only 30 minutes.

The jacuzzi was mind-blowing, set at the perfect temperature and surrounded by privacy blinds. We also loved that pets were allowed and there was a strict no smoking policy on site. our stay was super enjoyable and we can't wait to book again in the future!

The bar at the hotel was a hidden gem. It felt like a hidden speakeasy where you could unwind and enjoy a cocktail or two. The atmosphere was so cozy, it reminded me of my favorite neighborhood pub back home.
